Account Opening Procedures

Personal/ Joint Account/ Sole Proprietor

1. A copy of Hong Kong I.D. card or passport of the client.
2. A copy of the address proof, i.e. Bank Statement, Gas or Electricity payment bill.

Corporation Account

1. A certified copy Business Registration
2. A certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation
3. A certified copy of M & A of the corporation
4. A copy of the authorized person of the corporation
5. Board meeting minutes to confirm the account opening (Sample available in the account opening form)
6. Address proof of the corporation

Complete the Account Opening Form

Personal/ Joint/ Sole Proprietor/ Corporation Account
Internet Trading Account Agreement (If Necessary)
